Publisher policy
vietnamtours.com.au is an independent editorial website. It does not operate user accounts, a booking engine, or a visa-processing system. The main way you might send personal information is the contact form, which posts to the publisher inbox via FormSubmit.
Please do not send passport biodata, visa application files, payment-card numbers, or health records. We do not need them to run a journal, and we should not hold them.
What this site does
It publishes public web pages about planning Vietnam. Those pages are meant to be indexed. They do not require a login. They include links to official third-party sites (Smartraveller, the Vietnamese e-visa system, Vietnam Tourism, UNESCO). Those sites have their own privacy notices.
What the contact form does
The form asks for a name, an email address, a topic, and a message. A hidden field is used as a basic bot trap. If you submit, the message is delivered through FormSubmit to the editorial inbox named on this rebuild. We use that inbox to read editorial correspondence. We do not use it as a marketing list for tours, because we do not sell tours.
If you want a message deleted from the inbox, write from the same address and say so.
Heritage URLs
Older advertising, tracking, and privacy-file paths on this domain redirect into the rebuilt journal (including this page). Those redirects exist so bookmarks do not die. They are not a sign that we still run the old tracking stack.
Footer
The site-wide footer disclaimer still applies: this publisher is not a travel agent, not a Vietnamese government body, and not a visa service. Privacy questions do not change that limit.
Cookies and analytics, if a host platform injects them, are not used here to retarget you with cabin upgrades, because there are no cabin upgrades on this site. We do not run a remarketing pixel for tours. Old /track.php and /unique/track.gif paths redirect to the home hub so that leftover trackers from the domain’s earlier life become ordinary page views of a journal, not a revived beacon.
If you are under eighteen, you should not send personal stories about travel documents through this form. Ask a parent or guardian to handle official visa channels. This is an editorial site about a country, not a service for processing anyone’s identity.
Requests about this privacy note can go through the contact form. Keep the message about the note, not about a booking we cannot take. The less extra data you send, the less extra data exists. That is the whole preference.
Why this shape of trip
What we try not to collect
An itinerary journal does not need your passport number. If a form asked for it, that would be a mistake — this one does not.
- 01
Hosting logs
Like most websites, the host may record technical logs (IP, user agent, time) for security and reliability. We do not use those logs to build marketing profiles on this site.
- 02
Contact messages
Name, email, topic, and message are what the form asks for. Use a real email if you want a reply. Do not paste identity documents into the box.
- 03
Third-party form delivery
FormSubmit is the delivery channel named on the contact page. Their handling of submissions sits on their terms; we use them to avoid a mailto form.
- 04
No sale of lists
We are not building a tour-buyer list because we do not sell tours.
Direct answers
Questions, answered first
Each answer opens with the point, then the context. This is planning education, not a booking script.
